Labour face legal action over internal vote rigging
Labour is accused of using the Anonyvoter system to rig internal party elections in favour of Starmer allies, Labour right-wingers, and family members of Labour insiders.
Shortly after Keir Starmer cheated his way to into the Labour leadership on a pack of lies, the party brought in a new system for running internal party votes called Anonyvoter, which is wholly owned by two Labour right-wingers active in Croydon local politics (where Starmer’s NEC enforcer David Evans is based).
Labour have never explained why they decided to abandon the established and independent Civica voting platform used by other political parties, to award an untendered contract to a pair of factional Labour right-wingers to run their online party votes.
The Anonyvoter system can be manipulated in multiple ways.
The most brazen is through removal of left-wing Labour Party members from the list so that they never even receive emails informing them about the vote that’s taking place. Labour officials have even bragged about how they’ve highlighted "shit lists" of Labour left-wingers to be erased from voting selection processes.
Another vote-rigging tactic is the altering of personal information such as email, phone number, and home addresses so that people don’t receive notifications, or so that the notifications go to the wrong email addresses.
The Metropolitan Police have launched a computer misuse investigation into Croydon Constituency Labour Party over allegations that dozens of profiles were altered to sway local selection processes in favour of Labour right-wingers.
There are other methods of rigging internal votes too.
Apparently party insiders can see which votes have been cast in real time, allowing them to mobilise voters if their favoured candidate is lagging behind.
There’s also a bypass which allows people who are not on the email list to vote if they’re given a special code. Labour refuses to reveal how many of these special bypass codes have been handed out, and to whom.
Labour constituencies across the country have seen left-wingers and popular local candidates win comfortably in the in-person votes, only to have the result reversed through votes for right-wing candidates registered on the Anonyvoter system.
During the trigger ballot process against left-wing Labour MP Sam Tarry at least one Labour Party member was falsely registered as having voted for Tarry to be reselected. Labour dismissed this fraud as "an isolated incident", wouldn’t explain how it was supposed to have happened, failed to investigate, and refused to hold the vote again.
Sam Tarry and fellow left-wing Labour MP Beth Winter both won their in-person reselection votes comfortably, but ended up getting deselected and replaced by right-wingers after the Anonyvoter results skewed heavily in favour of the Labour right candidates.
They’re both considering legal action against the Labour Party over voter fraud with Tarry stating that "I want to be absolutely clear - the Anonyvoter system was used to deselect me, rigged to change the result against the wishes of my local Labour Party".
Tarry and Winter are far from the only candidates to have had comfortable in-person wins reversed by Anonyvoter. Labour selection processes all over the country have seen these strange Anonyvoter results play out time and again against left-wingers and popular local candidates, in favour of Starmer allies, Labour right-wingers, and family members of Labour insiders.
The situation is so absurd that the Croydon-based co-owner of Anonyvoter Maddie Henson won a Labour selection process via a vote that was held exclusively on the Anonyvoter system!
Labour is refusing to allow independent access to the Anonyvoter system to ascertain whether voter fraud has taken place, meaning it’s probably going to take lengthy legal proceedings to force them to come clean.
It reeks of corruption that Labour has handed such a vital element of its internal voting procedures over to a partisan faction, and it’s concerning that mainstream media is so disinterested in widespread allegations of voter fraud against the political party that seems nailed on to form the next government.
Just imagine the absolute furore if Jeremy Corbyn had handed Labour’s online voting processes over to factional mates, and the results this system churned out repeatedly overturned in-person voting wins in favour of Corbyn allies, and that the vote rigging eventually ended up getting so brazen that the police had to be called in!
But somehow Starmer and his mob are being allowed to get away with it, with only a handful of political journalists paying the scandal any attention whatever (Michael Crick, Private Eye, and Ben Riley-Smith).
Aside from the tiny minority of political journalists paying attention to the scandal, it’s been left up to small independent sites like Inside Croydon and Skwawkbox to cover this extraordinary situation.
If Starmer’s Labour can’t even be trusted to run their own internal selection processes without factional vote-rigging and brazen conflicts of interest, how on earth can they be trusted to run the country?

Why am I not surprised? Oh yes. Starmer.
The evidence is piling up that getting rid of the Tories by voting Labour is not such a good idea. Is there anything this man and his clique have not lied about? Indications are that Labour will make the Tories look like amateurs when it comes to corruption.
