Yes but what to do Thomas? When successive generations of poor working class have been exploited for millennia and the Church who were supposed to be on the side of the poor are really on the side of the establishment Oligarchs and even the slightest protest becomes another Peterloo massacre at the hands of the Oligarch owned press and mind controlling Television networks. The working class who are constantly berated by right wing robots or stirred to hatred by Robinson and Farage etc. need some form of reminder in the form of a handbook or mantra as to who the real enemies are and they need to act on it by voting accordingly and not for their ‘manufactured consent’ choice given to them by the MSM. But a headline last night I saw refers to the new Corbyn/Sultana party as ‘reactionary’! Already they are sharpening their quills -the 4th estate traitors of the real people of this country and the thieving rulers hiding behind a thin veneer of illusion who are protected by these bought journalistic shills. Power to the people.

Corbyn embraced an oligarch funded gaslight, transgender.

You don't 'believe' in viruses. Your opinion is less than worthless.

Richard Seager's avatar

I mean you do realise that you are a fascist right?

Phil O'Keefe's avatar

You're obviously a moron.

Richard Seager's avatar

Unlike you I am a fan of logic. And my logic leads me to the conclusion that you are a fascist. I see that you are cosplaying Palestinian support as well. But your biggest deal is that you support the likes of fascist corporates such as Pfizer who bribe governments to do their bidding, and they all did.

And you have the cheek to say my opinion of Corbyn being a gaslighting cunt is invalid because I don't "believe" in viruses. Well I don't believe in transgender either. Or flying Spaghetti Monsters. Or whatever god you believe in. So fuck you.

Rubbish. Those elite scum that you are hanging it on are the same ones importing immigrants to drive down your wages, force you out of your homes and assault you on your streets.

Richard Seager's avatar

And it is happening everywhere. Is Paris or London even European anymore? Not in my experience it is not. Nor is Melbourne. And the immigrants might be different in Melbourne than they are in Paris but the result is the same, white Europeans are being targeted. Somebody able to influence government policy hates us whether we are in NY, London, Warsaw or Melbourne. So do those in the Government. They recently targeted us (mostly us) with pharmaceutical poisons. So sure fight for (non-vaccinated) immigrant rights if you want to but where are you going to emigrate to when your fight succeeds in turning Britain into a minority European country? Greenland?

They've always supported illegal immigration since Reagan and Thatcher... The neocons and neoliberals are just using it now to rage bait people.

Well written.... The narrative that the far left are pushing this woke agenda is funny.... this is the only agenda the far left seem to be pushing... not taxing the rich, putting more money in to services...

from what i see this agenda is being pushed by the right especially big business. look we are inclusive buy our products. the right are pushing the agenda by blaming the left and people are falling for it. sadly the left are not that influencial

Richard Seager's avatar

This is an issue that should go beyond right and left. It is now one of survival.

The "right" and the "left" bipartisan system assumes that all the problems identified by and the solutions offered by one of the two parties are accurate. What if neither even has the problems right (and I think we know the far left doesn't push taxing the rich as their main agenda - their agenda has transformed to Whatever Trump says=opposite of my belief)

Good piece, Tom (as usual!) - albeit one minor niggle: I think I'd leave out the 'imaginary' in "imaginary woke-left bogeymen trying to take away their bacon, or force them to eat sourdough bread" (I like sourdough bread, by the way. And bacon.)

Di Chapman's avatar

But there was a right wing diatribe about not being able to get processed, air filled, sliced white bland bread anywhere and they had to eat rancid tasting sourdough.

In our local supermarkets it is the white sliced bread that is left and the sourdough grabbed off the shelf. No I don’t live in a middle class area

It's the same the whole world over, Ain't it all a bloomin' shame, It's the rich wot gets the pleasure, And the poor wot gets the blame........

Clarity and good sense as always.

We need to add the Labour Party to that list.

Kevin Donnellon's avatar

This is Premiership level writing. I would also add 'Sir' Trevor Phillips to that list of class traitors too.

It's ending... What we are seeing is the amplification of the minority of idiots that get easily rage baited.

Most people aren't worried about these things.

They're slowly waking to the truth that politics never wants to solve problems. They just create problems to keep us fighting each other.

Another reason why violence has dropped was stopping lead in gasoline. The people who grew up breathing lead in the air are less and less so that's why we have a lot less violence and the predator class has less ability to fuel mini civil wars.
